Where did the name Mademoiselle Lala come from?
It's actually a combination of the name of my favourite perfume of all times - Chanel Coco Mademoiselle - and two first letters of my surname.

What camera do you use?
Straying away from the usual blogger’s favourite - Canon, I am using SONY Cyber-shot DSC-R1. Please note that it is not a DSLR camera. Photos from some of the events are taken by my compact Kodak EasyShare M530 camera which may not give as good quality as SONY, but it is definitely easier to pop into my handbag and carry around.

How did you create your layout?
Website-coding genius behind Mademoiselle Lala is my wonderful husband who works in IT. He may not be a web designer but knows a lot and is making everything happen.

What foundation do you use?
My usual foundation is something from Revlon, but I also enjoy Bourjois and Benefit offerings. For the past year I have been also using No7 CC Cream and I absolutely love it! During the summer I have been using Seventeen CC Cream on a daily bases - gives me the most perfect glow!

What is your skin type?
I have a normal skin prone to dryness, so sometimes I need extra hydration.

What is your favourite make up brand?
I am torn between Revlon and Bourjois, but I think if I would have to absolutely choose between the two, I’d go for Bourjois simply because of my love of their pot blushers and mascaras. I also love MAC lipsticks and have quite a collection which keeps growing steadily.

What is your haircare routine?
You can now watch my Haircare Favourite products on my YouTube channel here and please stay tuned and subscribe to my channel to be the first one to watch some other hair-related videos - I am going to film my favourite hair style tools, my hair history and many more!

Who are your fashion idols?
I love Rachel Bilson for girl next door and laid back style and attitude, Diane Kruger for model looks and bold fashion statements and Miroslava Duma for being pretty, petite and not afraid to try something outrageous.

What are your favourite shops?
My wardrobe is full of high-street finds from New Look, H&M, Topshop and Primark (although you sometimes have to rummage a long time in the last one - it's down to pure luck!). I also like to invest in ZARA bags - they always keep up with current trends and they have excellent quality. As for on-line stores, ASOS is a clear winner for me.
