I recently made a good use of those 3 for 2 offers and did a little shopping in Boots and Superdrug. Everything I picked up is new to me, so I'll do proper reviews in due time, but for now I thought I'll share my newest additions.
Real Techniques Shading Brush
You can never have too many eyeshadow brushes, right? That was my motto when I picked up those two - which means I can have few days to survive on before cleaning my brushes! You know well by now that I love Real Techniques brushes - they simply deliver excellent results and don't have any animal hair, so I'm confident I'll love these too!
Real Techniques Mini Brush Set
The real reason behind getting the brushes was this cute set of minis - foundation, shading and face brushes encased in this sturdy plastic pouch, so I can pop them into my handbag or take on a holiday. I am slowly building my makeup collection for travelling - I want it to be as compact and as multi-tasking as possible, so I can save space - and these were high on my wishlist.
Soap & Glory Kick Ass Concealer
After reading many raving reviews I decided to check it out for the days when my skin is playing up and I really want to conceal all those pesky spots and eye bags. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks very cute, compact and multitasking!
Soap & Glory Kick Ass Instant Retouch Pressing Powder
Another product I have high hopes for, I really want something to 'lock' some excess oil on my face and protect my makeup.
Soap & Glory Arch De Triumph Eyebrow Shaper & Highlighter
I've recently finished my Blink Cinnamon Spice Brow Definer (review) and I was looking for something new and this seemed like a dream. Double-ended crayon to fill-in my brows and then lift them with a highlighting end. Sadly, I really don't like it and I'll write a full blog post about why very soon.
Makeup Revolution Brow Dual Ultra Brow Arch & Shape in Medium and Dark
Because I was really disappointed with aforementioned Soap & Glory Arch De Triumph Eyebrow Shaper & Highlighter, I got Brow Dual Ultra Brow Arch & Shape in Medium and Dark. I quite like them and I will do full review on both of them pretty soon too, maybe even with my eyebrow routine.
Makeup Revolution Inner Eye Brightener
I got it on a whim and haven't really used it that much yet. It has a nice shade though and I can't wait to experiment with it.
Have you tried any of these?
