I was recently gifted a very generous KIKO limited edition gift card with some £££ to spend on this amazing KIKO haul*. I love KIKO, their products are reliable, always on-trend and they have something for everyone. I even tried bits of their skincare and I love their Energy Mask. Visit KIKO stores to see the whole range of products if you haven't seen or tested them before, the makeup artists there are always very nice and informative. I personally love their Regent's Street store, but if you don't fancy travelling to central London, they are also in Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford, so really you don't have any excuse to splurge!
I am planning to hopefully do a little bit of travelling soon, so I decided to invest in this genius Travel Brush Set containing five dual-ended professional makeup brushes. All are synthetic, which is hugely important for me. I simply love how compact it is and how many products it has: Face 500 (face brush, ideal for blending bronzer and blush), Face 501 duo (double-ended travel face brush, for the application of concealers and cream products), Eyes & Lips 502 duo (travel eye and lip brush), Eyes 503 duo and Eyes 504 duo (travel eye brushes with two tips, perfect for applying and blending loose powder, compact or cream eyeshadows). The case can be washed in the washing machine and I can easily replace/add other makeup brushes, I have my eye on Real Techniques Mini Must-Haves.
I also picked up two more KIKO Cool Touch Eyeshadow in Original Cream and Modern Burgundy from the Generation Next Collection which I've reviewed fully here. They have water-based formula with airy and silky texture that glides perfectly on the eyelids. They come in these specially-designed packages to protect the product's unique composition. A transparent internal lid allows to see the eyeshadow colour while preserving its freshness.
I coveted over NARS Multiple for months now, but KIKO Velvet Touch Creamy Stick Blush in Geranium and Rose Mauve seemed like a great alternative. They are pigmented and easy to blend, the velvety, silky texture melts onto the skin and gives a pleasant sensation of comfort and looks natural on my skin.
I am always after a new nail polish base and top coats and forever looking for those which will give me a perfect and long-lasting manicure. That's why I added KIKO 3 in 1 White - base, hardener and whitening top coat - all in one. Its special formula is enriched with strengthening and whitening lemon and lime plant active ingredients for a triple action: it protects the nail from the colour and protects its surface, strengthens the nails and seals the nail polish by speeding up the drying time and improving its hold. I'll definitely report back on this one.
KIKO Glow² Blush & Highlighter is a part of Bad Girl Collection and is currently on sale, so grab it quick! It's a blush and highlighter stick to give an instant radiant effect. I also got it because it will be very useful for any travels - with one swipe I can put on a highlighter and blusher at the same time, or blend them two together for an unique blush shade. I absolutely love it - so clever and the shades compliment each other so well.
Last, but not least, I got KIKO Pencil Lip Gloss in Light Beige to emulate my inner Kylie Jenner. I already own one of these in a similar light shade - Baby Pink - and it feels nicely on the lips and lasts a decent amount of time, plus it's only £3.90!
Are you a fan of KIKO makeup? What shall I pick up next?
