  1. This is absolutely generous thanks lovely, I read somewhere that you don't form a habit until 3 weeks so give it at least that on whatever you are looking to achieve, and don't make too many drastic changes! :) xxx

  25. One useful tip I've learned is to use the pomodoro technique if there's something you dread on doing. What you do is to set a timer to 25 minutes and just do what you need to do (i.e. exercise, clean your room, do your assignment, write a book etc) within that 25 minutes without any distractions. So turn the tv off and put your phones away and just focus on the task. Then take a well deserved break and repeat. The idea is that you break down an activity into short increments of time with complete focus then take short breaks (I do 5 min breaks) to "refresh" your mind. It works for me but I heard its not for everybody. The good news is, the human mind is a highly trainable muscle and if you do something repeatedly for at least 21 days it becomes a habit. :) Another good tip I learned is to do your most dreaded task first thing in the morning. :)

    Thanks for the giveaway! :)

  51. How to stick on New Years resolutions?? Since it is hard for me to keep on normal resolutions, every NY Eve I pick only one resolution (this year is to be more organize) and to "reward" myself if I accomplish it every month, with a manicure or a movie, candies...It could sounds childish, but works every time!
