Charles Worthington Volume & Bounce Texturising Spray review

Charles Worthington Volume & Bounce Texturising Spray review

I've briefly mentioned Charles Worthington Volume & Bounce Texturising Spray in my Festival Hairstyle Tutorial post, but I think it deserves a sole post dedicated to its awesomeness. In a nutshell, it is a dupe for the famous Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray with a much more friendly price tag. I am always looking for adding some volume to my hair, it is incredibly flat and very uncooperative when trying to create a tousled mane. Thankfully, this Charles Worthington creation helps me a lot. Whenever I feel my hair is dull and boring (usually on the second day after washing), I simply spritz some product on dry hair and ruffle it or spritz directly on the roots for some back-combed effect. It really does add volume which lasts all day and smells amazing too. The only downsides are that it has a hairspray-like sticky hold, so I sometimes need to ruffle the hair extra hard and the fact that my hair need a lot of the product to give me desired oomph of volume. I am still hoping someday to splurge and get Oribe, but for now I am very happy with this pink-bottled spray.

  3. This sounds lovely! I'm currently using the L'Oréal txt one which I love, but definitely fancy giving this one a try.

  5. Sadly this texturising spray didn't work for me although at least I have managed to work with B&B dryspun finish so I sit somewhere in the middle of the Oribe cost.
