Autumn is almost here and although I am sad to say goodbye to my summer shorts and tops, I am also a little bit excited about the new season (not the cold though!) and the new season shopping! I've complied a little list of what caught my eye recently and I think I need to add a couple of these numbers to my wardrobe. As you can see, there's a little bit of print and rather classic pieces you can dress up with a statement necklace or shoes. I feel my style is changing a little bit and I'd rather invest in something dress which will suit for a number of occasions, rather than get the latest fashion number I will wear only once or twice.
To start with, there are two beautiful tunic dresses from Joules - first is very Parisian-chic with long sleeves and pockets and the second is cream with a floral hand-drawn print - both are perfect to wear with black tights and simple pumps. Third dress is from H&M and I think I need to get it this week! I love the slightly unusual seams at the waist and its gently flared skirt. It would be perfect to wear a big statement necklace with it. Fours and fifth dresses are from Dorothy Perkins. Black one is a simple skater style dress with a very cute Peter Pan collar and a mesh detail. Once again, it is super stylish and would look great with black heels. Another one is a shirt style dress with a rosy print - perfect to wear with boots. The last dress is from Topshop and it's a jersey skater dress with sailor stripes all-over - it's amazing how stripy dresses can look the same and so different at the same time. This one is more playful and girly than the first dress from Joules - don't you think?
Which one is your favourite?
